Estate Laurel Elliott Sterling Silver Flying Dog Charm Pendant

Here is a remarkable estate sterling silver charm or pendant depicting a “Flying Dog” character. I believe this treasure was crafted by Laurel Elliott dvd jewelers out of New York. This charm measures 28mm. long which is slightly over 1- 1/16 inches, and weighs 2.0 grams. It is signed with cursive style lettering with the initials ‘TH” on the backside and is hallmarked with the Laurel Elliott copyright “dvb” and “STER” for sterling silver. I am not sure who the artist is that the initials stand for. Any information would be greatly appreciated! This charm is in excellent condition!
